| WML stands for Wireless Markup Language. It is somewhat similar to HTML or Hypertext Markup Language, except that it is designed especially for cell phones, and other small hand-held devices that have access to the web. Because of the typically small display area of a hand-held device, WML limits the size of any one WML 'page', so it will fit. Fortunately, Google happens to have a WML translator, which is where I am in the process of pointing all of the WML links. |
